Matthew A. Rhoads
Mr. Rhoads concentrates his practice in comprehensive elder care planning and estate planning, with a focus on Veterans benefits. Mr. Rhoads is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Rhoads received his B.A. with honors from Mississippi State University in 2003 and his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, Fort Worth, in 2007. Mr. Rhoads was a national finalist in the 2007 ABA National Moot Court Competition, having authored his team's appellate brief, which placed second in the nation. He was awarded Order of the Barristers in May of 2007. Active in sports, Mr. Rhoads enjoys recreational soccer, basketball, running, and lifting weights. He and his wife attend First Evangelical Church. Mr. Rhoads is admitted to practice in Tennessee and is a member ofthe Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations.
