Firm Administrator & TN Rule 31 Listed Civil Mediator

Mrs. Bailey serves as the Firm Administrator and as such handles Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Benefits, Giving/Philanthropy, Insurance, Payroll, Taxes and strategic planning for the firm. Prior to this, she worked as a Litigation Paralegal for over a decade at both private practice law firms and corporate legal departments.

Mrs. Bailey received her B.A. in Political Science from Millsaps College in 1994 and her MBA from Union University in 2011.

During the summer of 2021, Mrs. Bailey attended Lipscomb University and completed the training required to apply as a Mediator.  Mrs. Bailey then made an application to the Tennessee Supreme Court - Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission for Rule 31 Mediator certification. On October 14, 2021, Mrs. Bailey was approved to be a Rule 31 Mediator in the field of General Civil Mediation under Rule 31 of the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Mrs. Bailey's professional associations include TAPM – Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators, Society for Human Resource Management, Memphis SHRM and the National Notary Association.

Past service includes: Band Booster President for the First Assembly Christian School Band (facsmemphis.org), President of the Alumni Board for Millsaps College (2015-2017), Vice-President and the Chapter Development Chair on the Alumni Board for Millsaps College (2013-2015), President of the Memphis Alumni Chapter for Millsaps College (2012-2015), Board of Directors for the Leadership Empowerment Center (www.lecmemphis.org) in Frayser, formerly known as Youth Visions, Inc. (2012-2015). Mrs. Bailey has also served as Treasurer of the Sea Isle Park Neighborhood Association and is a past President of the Memphis Alumnae Chapter of Delta Delta Delta.

When she is not working, Mrs. Bailey enjoys spending time with her family and friends cycling, traveling, and supporting the Harding University Thundering Herd Marching Band with her husband, Mac Bailey. They enjoy traveling to see their son, the percussionist, perform at all Harding events.
